If you’ve been eyeing a top-tier Android phone but holding off because of the price, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra just got a little easier to justify. It’s currently down to $1,099.99 on Amazon, a $200 drop from its regular $1,299.99 price tag. That’s not pocket change, but considering our reviewer David Nield called it “the best phone Samsung has ever made” and gave it a 4.5 out of 5, this might be the window to finally upgrade. Plus, with Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, and the longest software support Samsung’s ever offered, the S25 Ultra feels about as future-proof as a phone can get.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra sticks to a familiar formula, but it does refine the basics in ways that count. The 6.9-inch display is still massive, but it’s easier on the eyes now thanks to thinner bezels and a new anti-glare coating that actually cuts through glare. It’s bright, smooth, and fast at 120Hz, and the softened corners make it less of a brick in your hand. Samsung also beefed up the durability with a titanium frame and upgraded Gorilla Armor glass (which is supposed to be even tougher than last year’s already-tough model), along with its IP68 rating. Camera-wise, the four-lens rear setup delivers consistently great results. You’ll still get Samsung’s classic over-brightening and some false color in low-light zooms, but overall image quality is excellent.
Performance doesn’t disappoint, either. The Snapdragon 8 Elite chip under the hood keeps everything running smoothly, whether you're multitasking, gaming, or using AI features. Speaking of, One UI 7 on top of Android 15 brings smarter AI features like Cross App Actions, which let you combine tasks across apps with fewer steps to the S25 Ultra. The S Pen is here too, tucked into the body as always, though it reportedly sticks out slightly and doesn’t quite sit flush. As for battery life, it clocks over 14 hours with the screen maxed out, and while Samsung still doesn’t include a charger, it supports fast charging at 45W and wireless options.
